The Proposal

Our vision is to create a high quality development, which reflects the character and appearance of the Allesley Conservation Area. The former hotel’s historic street frontage will be respected with a bespoke design solution carefully designed to protect and preserve the character of the Conservation Area.

A new community of up to 60 homes, located within an established residential area, with access to a wide range of facilities and services. The development will integrate with existing communities that combines high-quality living with thoughtful design, enhancing the character of the local area within a safe and attractive environment.
